This weeks stylist pick of the week is from Heather Goodfield--she's the salon's apprentice and make-up artist.
Heather's pick is Actives by Brocato. Actives has a great scent and works on all hair types. It is a natural oil and adds shine and controls fly-aways. Protects from the heat of styling tools. To use it, put a dime size amount through damp hair and style as usual.

Cut and Style

Our goal is nothing short of total customer satisfaction. To this end, we've personally selected the very best hair care products to use in our salon; when applied by our team of creative, skilled and experienced professional stylists, the results speak for themselves.
All our Cut and Style services include a consultation and a scalp massage!
Style Services: Both long and short styles include cleansing and conditioning, scalp massage and styling the hair according to you and your stylist's consultation.
Scalp Massage/Conditioning: an approximately 30 minute appointment designed to meet your hair and scalp needs, as well as treat you to a relaxing scalp massage that is sure to brighten your day! We recommend consulting with one of our stylists on what type of conditioning is best for you.
Re-texturizing: A conventional wave is a traditional permanent wave giving your hair body to support your current style, or strong curl to give you a carefree look.
Specialty wave: Any permanent wave wrap that will take a non-traditional approach to curling hair. You and your stylist will consult to determine the best approach to get your desired look.

Natural Nail Services
Manicures and pedicures are a wonderful way to give yourself an even more polished, stylish appearance. 3 Bowls of Color offers three levels of each service to meet your beauty needs:
Manicure Express includes filing of the free edges, cleaning up the cuticles, a quick, moisturizing hand massage and polish. It is a great way to maintain your natural nails if you are a frequent manicure client. Recommended every week to two weeks.
Basic Manicure: this service also includes filing of the free edges, cuticle trim, a relaxing hand massage and polish. Recommended for anyone who would love to begin a monthly nail regimen or who just wants to treat themselves to this relaxing service.
Spa Manicure: the best way to really feel luxurious. The spa manicure includes filing of the free edges, cuticle care, a lengthy hand and forearm massage, and polish. Recommended as the perfect gift to treat someone (or yourself!) to an amazing, relaxing service whenever you need that extra level of care.
Express Pedicure: designed to maintain a well-pedicured foot. Includes chair massage, nail filing, cuticle clean-up, a quick foot massage, and polish. Recommended every 3 to 4 weeks.
Basic Pedicure: includes chair massage, nail filing, cuticle clean-up, exfoliation of the foot (and filing of callouses if needed), as well as massaging of the feet and calf area. Designed to give you a well-groomed appearance as well as put a spring in your step. Recommended every 4 to 6 weeks.
Spa Pedicure: the ultimate in relaxation. This pedicure is sure to melt the stress away! The spa pedicure includes a chair massage, nail and cuticle care, exfoliation, a lengthy, invigorating leg and foot massage as well as a ten-minute foot mask, which leaves your feet smooth and rejuvenated. Finally, your nails are topped off with polish. This pedicure is a favorite among all Ashley's clients. Recommended every 4 to 6 weeks, or whenever you need that something extra. Also makes a great gift!

Wax Services
3 Bowls of Color uses a soy-based wax for all our waxing services. This ensures that the wax adheres only to the hair, and not the skin.
Ashley can answer any questions you may have about waxing frequency and work out a schedule catered to your particular needs.

Massage by Ashley
Ashley Carter is our licensed massage therapist; she specializes in Swedish Massage. This is the best-known type of massage; if you're new to massage and are considering having one, a Swedish Massage is a great place to start. Using firm but gentle pressure applied by smooth, gliding strokes, Swedish Massage promotes relaxation and eases muscle tension, with specific attention paid to areas of where you're experiencing larger amounts of muscle tension.
She offers half-hour and full-hour massages, as well as a 15-minute chair massage, which is a great way to get quick relief from day-to-day stress.
Ashley will be glad to answer any questions you may have regarding this service (which also makes for a great gift!).

The stylist who performed your hair, nails or waxing services will be glad to assist within 5 business days of getting your services(s) done. Please call if you any questions or concerns about the service you received.
No Call/No Show Policy : As a courtesy to our clients, the salon extends reminder calls to clients the day before their appointments. Please make an effort to mark and remember your own appointment. If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. 3 Bowls of Color reserves the right to charge you for any missed appointment.
