About Us

The original 3 owners of 3 Bowls of Color met early in their careers by working in the same salon together for almost ten years. Through years of building a working relationship as well as a friendship, Dawna, Shannon and Rebekah grew a deep trust with each other.  It was the strength of that trust that gave them the courage to open their first salon May 19th, 2003. 

In 2008, Caitlin was hired and moved her way through the ranks and becoming the “4th bowl” in 2019 just prior to opening the second location in Downtown Hampton in May of that same year. 

The past 18 years have been both challenging and rewarding. Watching their salon family grow, develop their careers and become successful in life brings the 4 owners of 3 Bowls of Color the most joy.

The entire family at 3 Bowls is beyond thankful for the many years of continued loyalty from their guests and you can certainly see and feel that closeness and appreciation when you visit either location.
