Ever since 3 Bowls of Color opened back in 2003, we've had the opportunity to provide our services to an ever-increasing number of people in the Hampton Roads area.

Love this salon! Always very happy with my cut and color. I have only been with one stylist, Rachel. I'm so pleased with her work that I haven't tried anyone else but they all seem to do a fabulous job as well. The variety of customers they serve all look nicely styled and happy as well. The atmosphere is cozy, comfortable and all are accommodating.

I would highly recommend 3 Bowls of Color to anyone who wants their hair professionally done by stylists that are up to date on the latest styles and products. I have known the 3 owners since they were just starting out their careers, especially Shannon Towler. She is excellent in whatever she does and tries her best to please whatever the client wants done. So, coming from an "older client", if you want some "hip styles "go see them. My only complaint sometimes is the music. I'm more the 50's/60's type.

Absolutely Rocks!! Rachel has been doing my for a while now and never once have I been unhappy. I am probably a hair dressers worst nightmare for being so picky about my hair, but she has always made me relaxed and always does a perfect job. One time I had to be out of town and got my hair done, needless to say I came running to her to fix it; and she once again Rachel to the rescue! : ) I absolutely love her! I never see an unhappy customer in there. Completely worth your time and money.

I just had my hair done yesterday by Daniel and he did a great job! I was hoping to get a hair artist when I came in and that is exactly what I got. He is a perfectionist. I came in knowing what I DIDN't want vs. what I DID want and showed him pictures of the same old boring hair I always walk out the door with when I get my hair cut. He went the EXTRA mile by staying a little later than his shift in order to complete his masterpiece. My hair is very long and the prices are very reasonable. You don't get great hair for cheap and you won't be disappointed here. I had my hair cut and highlighted by Daniel and I will not go anywhere else. THANK GOD I found someone good. LOL. I am so scared to go anywhere NEW but I am a risk taker and this was well worth it.

I have been going to Dawna, who is now co-owner of 3 Bowls for over 12 years. She is amazing and I would never ever go to anyone else. You have to make an appointment months in advance because she books up so quickly (actually I don't think she takes new clients) but everyone there is great. The staff is wonderful and everyone I've seen go in the salon always comes out looking better!

I love love love 3 bowls of color. They do amazing cuts, color, etc. They are friendly and clean and do exactly what you want.

I went to 3 Bowls of Color a couple of weeks ago for a blowout from Daniel. He did an exceptional job and even gave me a breathtaking scalp massage. My style kept for days and I had so many compliments on it that I'm switching to Daniel for good.

It took me forever to find Rachel after moving from Georgia and leaving my stylist of 10+ years but she was well worth the wait! My perms are wearable immediately - no waiting a month or two for the curl to loosen and look natural. It's a real gift.
